It's been extremely long since I've posted and time has gone by so fast that it's surprising to say the last post I left was the end of my sophomore year, and I am now officially a SENIOR! I've learned so much and experienced so much in school that now that I'm wrapping up my high school career, I'm excited to start exploring the world and obviously attending college.
Over this past summer I came across the song Kings and Queens by 30 seconds to Mars and I'm absolutely in love with the music video and the power that it has! The lyrics are really powerful and have so much meaning. I found that in life, it's hard not to get caught up in ambition and materialistic happiness, but even though we've made these mistakes, we can learn to grow from them, correct them, and live to stand as tall as kings and queens. Obviously this is just one interpretation of the song, but let me know what you think?
